All parties involved in the publication process are expected to maintain ethical conduct and academic professionalism. The journal rejects all forms of unethical publishing behavior, including plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, data falsification, citation manipulation, and undisclosed conflicts of interest.

As the publisher of the journal, Ahad Media Digital supports editorial independence and ensures that editorial decisions are not influenced by commercial interests, advertising, institutional pressure, or personal considerations.

Duties of Editors

Publication Decisions

The editor is responsible for determining which submitted manuscripts should be published. Editorial decisions are based on academic merit, originality, methodological quality, relevance to the journal’s focus and scope, clarity of presentation, and contribution to scholarship.

Editors may consult reviewers and editorial board members in the decision-making process. Legal considerations related to plagiarism, copyright infringement, defamation, and ethical misconduct must also be taken into account.

Fair Play

Editors evaluate manuscripts solely on intellectual and academic merit without discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, citizenship, religious belief, institutional affiliation, or political orientation.

Confidentiality

Editors and editorial staff must maintain the confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts and must not disclose information about submissions except to the corresponding author, reviewers, editorial advisers, and publisher when appropriate.

Conflicts of Interest

Editors must avoid situations involving conflicts of interest and may not use unpublished materials from submitted manuscripts for personal research or advantage without written permission from the authors.

Duties of Reviewers

Contribution to Editorial Decisions

Peer reviewers assist editors in evaluating manuscripts and contribute to editorial decisions through objective academic assessment and constructive recommendations.

Promptness

Reviewers who feel unqualified to review a manuscript or unable to complete the review within the requested timeframe should promptly inform the editor and decline the invitation.

Confidentiality

All manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. Reviewers may not share, distribute, or discuss manuscripts with others without authorization from the editor.

Objectivity

Reviews should be conducted objectively and professionally. Criticism should focus on scholarly content and be supported with clear arguments. Personal criticism of authors is inappropriate.

Acknowledgment of Sources

Reviewers should identify relevant scholarly works that have not been cited and should inform the editor of any substantial similarity, overlap, or suspected plagiarism.

Conflicts of Interest

Reviewers must not evaluate manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest arising from collaborative, competitive, institutional, financial, or personal relationships with the authors or related institutions.

Duties of Authors

Reporting Standards

Authors must present accurate, honest, and objective accounts of their research. Manuscripts should contain sufficient detail, methodological clarity, and references to enable scholarly evaluation and verification.

Originality and Plagiarism

Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original works. Any use of others’ ideas, words, data, or findings must be appropriately cited and acknowledged. Plagiarism in any form is unethical and unacceptable.

Multiple or Concurrent Publication

Authors should not submit the same manuscript simultaneously to more than one journal or publish substantially similar research in multiple publications without proper disclosure.

Acknowledgment of Sources

All relevant sources that influenced the research or manuscript preparation must be properly cited in accordance with academic standards.

Authorship

Authorship should be limited to individuals who made significant scholarly contributions to the conception, design, implementation, analysis, or interpretation of the study. All co-authors must approve the final version of the manuscript prior to submission.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest that could influence the interpretation or reporting of the research. Sources of funding and institutional support should also be disclosed.

Fundamental Errors in Published Works

If authors discover significant errors or inaccuracies in published work, they must promptly notify the editor and cooperate in correcting or retracting the publication when necessary.

Corrections, Retractions, and Editorial Expressions of Concern

The journal may issue corrections, retractions, or editorial expressions of concern when ethical violations, major inaccuracies, unreliable findings, or publication misconduct are identified after publication.

Retractions and corrections will be conducted transparently to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.

Complaints and Appeals

Authors may submit complaints or appeals regarding editorial decisions, peer review conduct, or publication ethics concerns to the editorial office. All complaints and appeals will be evaluated fairly, objectively, and confidentially by the editorial team.

Duties of the Publisher

The publisher is committed to supporting editors, reviewers, and authors in maintaining the integrity of scholarly publication. The publisher works to ensure editorial independence and supports ethical oversight in cases involving plagiarism, duplicate publication, conflicts of interest, or research misconduct.

The publisher also supports the preservation, accessibility, and responsible dissemination of published scholarly work.
